歐聖電氣(301187.SZ)：已簽訂300台“56朵花”護理機器人及部分配件的意向合同、不構成實質性訂單
格隆匯9月21日丨歐聖電氣(301187.SZ)公佈，近日，公司通過電話、互動平台等渠道留意到投資者對涉及與公司有關事項的疑問，公司現就有關投資者關心的等問題進行説明。
一、公司護理機研發情況
公司研發的可穿戴護理機器人可以自動感應、自動識別失能卧病人員的卧牀狀態，自動檢測、自動處理卧牀病人的排泄物，並自動記錄患者排泄情況，使卧病患者始終保持清潔乾爽無異感，有效避免傳統紙尿布處理病患排泄物所帶來的有殘留、有異味、病患易感染等缺點，降低親屬、護工照料患者的勞動強度，使卧病患者有尊嚴地生活。公司一直致力於將護理機器人產品推向市場，並保證用户的體驗感，目前已經更新到第五代。公司在護理機領域已經取得了67項國內專利，包括11項發明專利、49項實用新型專利、7項外觀設計專利，15項國外專利，包括5項日本專利、4項美國專利、3項加拿大專利、2項歐洲專利、1項英國專利，其中今年以來公司共獲得國內專利10項，包括8項實用新型專利及2項發明專利，國外專利3項，國內專利為：
二、公司護理機器人產品市場情況
在公司護理機器人產品產生重大研究突破的基礎上，公司銷售團隊積極將產品向市場推廣，目前公司子公司蘇州伊利諾護理機器人有限公司(“乙方”)已與三恩智能科技(徐州)有限公司(“甲方”)簽訂意向合同。
意向合同主要內容：
甲方將向乙方協議以OEM形式採購300台“56朵花”護理機器人及部分配件，合同意向金額大約480萬元。同時規定了產品質量要求和品質保證，乙方應符合的有關環保、法規的要求，交貨方式、地點及運輸、裝卸費用承擔，付款方式。
以上意向合同的簽訂是客户對公司產品開發能力和供貨資格的認可，不構成實質性訂單，產品的實際供貨時間、供貨價格、供貨數量以客户和公司後續簽訂的正式供貨協議或銷售訂單為準，存在較大不確定性風險。合同的簽訂對公司當期及未來經營業績不構成重大影響，亦不會對投資者利益構成重大影響。
