截至9月20日收盘，港股有4只股票创新高，分别为粤丰环保（01381）、太古股份公司A（00019）、新秀丽（01910）、绿城中国（03900）。（注：统计港股市场上市值>100亿港元、成交额>1000万港元，上市时间>1个月的股票）
粤丰环保（01381）盘中最高触达5.21港元，创历史新高，近一年涨幅32.7%。该股收盘上涨6.38%，报5.17港元。近年来，我国垃圾发电行业市场规模呈现逐年上升趋势。在“双碳”背景下，我国垃圾焚烧发电行业正迎来一轮新的增长期。华创证券预测，未来“十四五”垃圾焚烧市场规模或超两千亿。在上半年公司总收入得以大幅增加，皆因粤丰环保作为垃圾产业链的终端，发电厂的高效运营实现增收的关键。据悉，集团签订项目总量已达37个，业务遍布13个省，超过30个城市，如今大部分已完成项目建设并陆续投产。
太古股份公司A（00019）盘中最高触达59.15港元，创52周新高。该股收盘上涨5.72%，报59.1港元。
新秀丽（01910）盘中最高触达21.55港元，创52周新高，近一年涨幅47.3%。该股收盘上涨2.9%，报21.3港元。
绿城中国（03900）盘中最高触达18.5港元，创历史新高，近一年涨幅84.46%。该股收盘下跌2.87%，报17.62港元。中信证券表示，房地产行业销售弱复苏态势和政策密切相关。按揭贷款利率持续下降稳住需求基本面，因城施策支持改善性需求也一定程度托底市场，但局部疫情、交付顾虑等因素仍然困扰市场，三四线城市更为疲弱。政策在销售、交付和信用领域起到积极作用，行业处于弱复苏阶段，但复苏周期可能较长。区域分化，开发主体分化持续，开发投资有序下降。供给侧改革之下，具备通畅的融资渠道、可信赖开发能力的公司，未来市场份额和盈利都更有保障。该行看好绿城中国等融资畅通企业。
