據悉，億翰智庫從項目交付品質、項目服務價值、項目品牌價值三個大維度展開評選。其中項目交付標準匹配度、交付全週期體系完善度、交付滿意度等，在評價指標體系中佔較大權重。

據統計，汕頭龍光·熙海岸合約交付率100%，交付滿意度高達100分。該項目只是龍光高品質交付的縮影，1-8月集團在全國共計交付超57個批次，約2.7萬套。
