時計寶(02033.HK)盈警:預期年度純利將下降約85%
格隆匯9月16日丨時計寶(02033.HK)發佈公吿,預期與截至2021年6月30日止年度相比,於2022年財政年度公司擁有人應占年內溢利將下降約85%。
董事會認為該下降主要是由於:(1)因中國的防疫政策及COVID-19疫情蔓延以及國際局勢緊張導致消費者情緒低迷,集團收益較2021年同期下降約27%;及(2)物業、廠房及設備減值虧損以及因市場情緒低迷而於2022年財政年度表現不佳的銷售點的有償合約撥備。
