南北水 | 北向資金今日淨賣出41.32億元，億緯鋰能、陽光電源等獲加倉；藥明生物再北水獲淨買入近7億港元
北向資金今日成交額為1079.22億元，成交淨賣出41.32億元，連續2個交易日淨賣出。其中，滬股通淨賣出17.25億元，深股通淨賣出24.07億元。
活躍個股方面，北向資金淨買入較多的有億緯鋰能、陽光電源、長安汽車、藥明康德、比亞迪，淨買入金額分別為2.54億元、2.14億元、2.13億元、1.69億元、1.63億元。北向資金淨賣出較多的有寧德時代、招商銀行、山西汾酒、贛鋒鋰業、保利發展，淨賣出金額分別為7.69億元、2.55億元、1.84億元、1.71億元、1.26億元。
南向資金當日成交淨買額為21.6億港元。其中，港股通(滬)當日成交淨買額為13.43億港元；港股通(深)當日成交淨買額為8.18億港元。
港股通十大成交股顯示，今日南向資金大幅淨買入藥明生物6.76億港元，同時，淨買入騰訊控股2.71億港元，淨買入中國海外發展2.6億港元。淨賣出協鑫科技2.11億港元。
南水關注的個股
招商銀行獲淨買出2.55億元，消息面上，今日，國有六大行(工行、農行、中行、建行、交通銀行、郵儲銀行)和招商銀行集體下調人民幣存款掛牌利率，銀行板塊迎來實質性利好。本次調整中，定期存款方面，降幅最大的是三年期整存整取利率，力度達到15個基點，其他期限整存整取利率下調10個基點；活期存款利率同樣出現下調，力度為5個基點，至0.25%。目前，國有六大行和招行的人民幣存款掛牌利率保持一致。
長安汽車獲淨買入2.13億元，中信證券研報指出，2022年8月汽車銷量實現242萬輛，環比-1.5%，同比+32.1%，同比大幅增長，符合預期。預計2022年下半年將是汽車消費明確的高β窗口，行業盈利能力也望明顯環比改善，堅定看好汽車板塊下半年的投資機會。
北水關注的個股
藥明生物獲淨買入6.76億港元。海通國際認為，短中期內，美國生物製造法案對藥明生物影響有限。該行表示，藥明生物2022-2023年收入和利潤保持高速增長。預計收入增長分別為47%和37%，利潤增長分別為47%和38%。公司在新興技術領域包括雙抗、ADC等佔據優勢，項目數量和佔比提升。公司無錫工廠已實質上不受到UVL影響。
騰訊控股獲淨買入2.7億港元。消息面上，9月13日，新聞出版總署正式發佈22年9月份國產網絡遊戲審批信息，騰訊、網易今年首度獲發版號。瑞銀認為，這對於在4月恢復批核後的過去五個月內沒有獲批遊戲版號的兩家大型開發商來説是積極的情緒。中金則表示，遊戲版號發放已步入相對常態化階段，下半年版號發放或有望加速，並帶動整體市場情緒進一步回暖。
中國海外發展獲淨買入2.59億港元。銀河證券認為，政策更大程度的實質性寬鬆已經在途，房貸利率仍有下降空間，需求側政策演繹範圍加大，化解風險的資金支持和各方合力正在孕育，下半年行業局面大概率將迎來改善；土拍市場優質地塊比例加大，溢價率處於歷史低位，中長期來看，土地市場的良好環境將促使強信用房企盈利率先企穩。
