恆指漲逾500點 內房物管隨A股同業跑贏 碧桂園、融創服務及時代中國急漲17%至25%
恆指午後升幅進一步擴至510點或2.7%高見19,364,現報19,360,回升505或近2.7%,但總成交額674億元。 有內地地方政府推出爲樓市去庫存的「一人買房全家幫」政策,據內媒統計今年以來已超過24個城市實施,以三、四線城市爲主。大和指鄭州要求30天內爛尾樓全面復工,預計可提振購房者信心。此外,內房9月以來銷售按月改善;人民幣兌美元中間價今天上調50點子報6.9098。內地房地產板塊跑贏滬指及深成(僅回升0.8%-1%),午後升幅擴至2.6%居升幅榜首。 本港內房也再度發力追彈,尤其是時代中國(01233.HK)曾飆34%至1.42元,現報1.33元,急彈25%,成交激增至6,155萬股,創近半年高。藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)急漲17%報2.57元。 合景泰富(01813.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及寶龍(01238.HK)漲11%-14%,分別報1.46元、1.99元及及1.06元。中駿(01966.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)升逾6%-9%。 權重股萬科(02202.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、中海外(00688.HK)、金茂(00817.HK),潤地(01109.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)升4%-6.7%,後兩者最強分別報33.9元及28.05元,回升5.6%-6.7%。 物管股以融創服務(01516.HK)升幅最大,最高見2.67元,現報2.64元,急漲17%。藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)最高見16.06元,現報15.6元,急漲10.5%。寶龍商業(09909.HK)及時代鄰裏(09928.HK)漲10%及11%,報4.45元及0.81元。 雅生活(03319.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、濱江服務(03316.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)、佳源服務(01153.HK)及新城悅服務(01755.HK)升逾7%-9%。世茂服務(00873.HK)升4%曾高見2.4元。
