MOG Holdings(01942.HK)收到供應商催收函 索償1,500萬人幣
MOG Holdings(01942.HK)公布,於9月6日收到一名供應商的催收函,要求召回其向集團供應的產品,並就為數1,500萬元人民幣的未付不可退還訂金提出索償,有關按金因集團違反採購合約而被沒收。
集團表示,由於疫情封鎖措施影響,未能按計劃完成產品銷售,因此未能履行其在採購合約項下的責任,供應商決定終止採購合約,經計算該公告載列的索償及預期累計虧損合共為約3,500萬元人民幣後,預計集團將確認進一步虧損1,500萬元人民幣。
