央行降准释放稳汇率强信号，适逢假期美汇指数波动不减

昨晚美股勞動節假期休市，但匯市繼續大幅波動，美匯指數曾高見110.27的20年高位，美元以外的其他貨幣持續走弱，歐元、英鎊、日元都在20年以上低位俳徊。而俄羅斯再度暫停北溪一號天然氣的輸送令歐洲天然氣價再度急升，歐元區8月服務業PMI及綜合PMI終值向下修訂而拖累歐洲股市表現。另外，石油輸出國組織及盟友因應世界經濟放緩而決定將10月份石油產量每日減產10萬桶，沙特表示，OPEC+一年多以來首次減產，表明對管理石油市場態度認真，並願意先發制人採取行動。

港股方面，市場期待已久的降準終於落實，人民銀行公佈，下調金融機構外匯存款準備金率2個百分點，即由現時8%下調至6%，人民銀表示下調外匯存款準備金率目的是要提升金融機構外匯資金運用能力，措施將於9月15日生效。除了降準這個好消息之外，市場繼續充斥不同的壞消息，包括: 中指研究院公佈8月份內地房地產數據預計今年首8個月內地百強房企銷售額按年下跌46.2%，銷售額超千億的房企僅10家，較去年同期減少14家，銷售超百億的房企有96家，較去年同期減少48家、貝殼研究院發佈數據顯示50個監測城市當月的二手樓成交量指數按月超過七成城市下降。富力地產宣佈，擬向北京英協置業投資有限公司出售持有、經營及管理北京酒店的廣州富京酒店管理有限公司的所有股權，代價爲5.5億元（人民幣），而出售所得款項淨額將用於償還債務。恆指收報19202點，跌22點，成交822億。總結: 港美股沽空水平仍屬偏高水平，令現階段做好和做空都處於兩難情況，暫時比較適宜觀望。
