騰訊(00700.HK)斥3億歐元增加對Ubisoft持股
以其「刺客教條」系列遊戲而聞名的法國電子遊戲開發商Ubisoft公布,騰訊(00700.HK)(TCEHY.US)將以3億歐元代價取得其執行長兼共同創辦人Yves Guillemot家族公司 Guillemot Brothers Limited 49.9% 股份以及 5% 投票權。此外,騰訊正在向 Guillemot Brothers Limited 提供長期無抵押貸款,以對其債務進行再融資,並提供可用於收購Ubisoft股權的額外財務資源。
此外,Ubisoft董事會授權騰訊將直接持股比例或投票權由4.5%增加至9.99%。騰訊於五年內不得出售其持股,八年內持股與投票權不得超過 9.99%。交易後,公司管理將維持不變,騰訊沒有任何營運否決權。
