《全日總結》恆指跌22點 內房股急漲 新東方在線彈31%

外圍市場欠缺方向，港股反覆偏軟。恆指高開36點，初段曾升132點高見19,358點，其後掉頭向下並曾跌118點一度低見19,107點，全日跌22點或0.12%，收19,202點；國指跌21點或0.33%，收6,555點；恆生科技指數升2點或0.07%，收4,066點。大市全日成交總額縮減至822.19億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入6.41億及16.06億元人民幣。
高盛報告指內地近周新屋銷售按周升9%，內房股急升，金茂(00817.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升7.8%及9.3%，旭輝(00884.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)各升5.6%至5.9%，中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及富力(02777.HK)各升3.5%至4.5%。內房物管股保利物業(06049.HK)及雅生活(03319.HK)各升4.8%及4.7%，碧服(06098.HK)升9.8%。
科技股方面，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌0.5%報88.05元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌1.5%報314.2元，美團(03690.HK)及京東(09618.HK)各跌0.1%，小米(01810.HK)升0.7%報10.94元，百度(09888.HK)升0.3%，快手(01024.HK)跌0.4%。京東健康(06618.HK)及阿里健康(00241.HK)各逾2%，同程旅行(00780.HK)及攜程(09961.HK)各升逾2%，金蝶(00268.HK)及比亞迪電子(00285.HK)各升3.4%及4.6%。
快狗打車(02246.HK)獲深交所調入港股通名單，股價彈升23.6%。京東物流(02618.HK)夥「東方甄選」合作，新東方在線(01797.HK)炒升31.5%報37.6元，全日成交近25億元。京東物流則升1%。
乘聯會預估8月新能源乘用車廠商批發銷量按年倍增，比亞迪(01211.HK)、蔚萊(09866.HK)、長汽(02333.HK)及吉利(00175.HK)各升2.7%至3.3%，鋰材料商天齊(09696.HK)及贛鋒(01772.HK)各升5%及3.7%。清潔能源及相關股受捧，龍源(00916.HK)、協鑫科技(03800.HK)及福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)各升4.6%至5.5%。
消費股方面，呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)跌5.2%，維他奶(00345.HK)及海底撈(06862.HK)各跌3.1%及3.5%，JS環球生活(01691.HK)則升3.7%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升2.1%報48.8元，港交所(00388.HK)升0.1%報306.8元，友邦(01299.HK)跌0.9%報74.45元。招行(03968.HK)跌2.4%。
