《半日總結》恆指跌80點 內房股逆市漲 碧桂園升近8%

人行降外匯存款準備金率，但港股早市先升後跌。恆指高開36點，初段曾升132點一度高見19,358點，其後掉頭向下，半日跌80點或0.42%，報19,144點；國指跌45點或0.69%，報6,531點；恆生科技指數跌31點或0.78%，報4,032點。大市半日成交總額449.21億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入8.78億及12.67億元人民幣。
高盛報告指內地近周新屋銷售按周升9%，內房股顯著造好，金茂(00817.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升7.8%及7.9%，旭輝(00884.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升4.6%及4.2%，中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及富力(02777.HK)各升3.3%至3.7%。內房物管股保利物業(06049.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)各升3.9%及7.6%，中海物業(02669.HK)升3%。
科技股方面，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)跌0.8%報87.8元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌2.1%報312.4元，美團(03690.HK)及百度(09888.HK)各跌0.3%，小米(01810.HK)平收報10.86元，京東(09618.HK)及快手(01024.HK)各跌1%及1.2%。京東健康(06618.HK)及阿里健康(00241.HK)各跌4.2%及4.3%，明源雲(00909.HK)跌3.3%，金蝶(00268.HK)升3.1%。
快狗打車(02246.HK)獲深交所調入港股通名單，半日股價彈升33.8%。新東方在線(01797.HK)急升16.6%報33.35元，半日成交逾15億元。
消費股普遍偏軟，呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)跌4.7%，維他奶(00345.HK)及農夫山泉(09633.HK)各跌逾2%，JS環球生活(01691.HK)則升3.6%。乘聯會預估8月新能源乘用車廠商批發銷量按年倍增，比亞迪(01211.HK)及蔚萊(09866.HK)各升逾1%，理想(02015.HK)則跌1%。汽車代理股中升(00881.HK)遭券商下調目標價，股價跌3.1%。
醫藥股方面，三葉草生物(02197.HK)指新冠加強針候選疫苗臨床顯示比滅活疫苗更優免疫應答，該股高開後倒跌1%。康希諾(06185.HK)吐5.5%。信達生物(01801.HK)亦跌3.3%。航運股東方海外(00316.HK)、海豐(01308.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)各跌2.9%至3.4%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.7%報48.15元，港交所(00388.HK)升1%報309.4元，友邦(01299.HK)跌0.6%報74.7元。招行(03968.HK)跌2.3%。油價上升，中海油(00883.HK)升1.8%。
