恆指倒跌重失19,200 受惠人行降外匯存準金率內房逆升 碧桂園系及龍光漲7%-8%

本港疫情持續嚴峻。港股連跌第四天，恆指今早在匯控(00005.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、美團(03690.HK)及遭股神減持已六連跌比亞迪(01211.HK)高開0.8%-1.2%支撐，恆指高開36點或近0.2%報19,261，最多彈132點或0.7%至19,358無以為繼，在國指、科指及工商分類指數倒跌0.5%-0.9%拖累，掉頭低見19,143，現報19,173，倒跌52點或近0.3%，總成交額253億元。
人行昨天收市後突然宣布下周四(15日)起下調外匯存款準備金率2個百分點至6%，為年內第二次下調外匯存準金率撐人民幣匯價。內房股今天全面跑贏大市。此外，瑞銀料內地樓市低迷不太可能導致典型債務危機。主要內房股今天普遍跑贏大市。碧桂園(02007.HK)8月合同銷售金額按年跌36%至288.7億元人民幣。該股由至少逾八年低位止跌回升，現報2.32元即市高位，回升7.9%，為最強藍籌；旗下碧服(06098.HK)也回升6.8%曾高見14.76元。
藍籌中國海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)續彈1.6%-2.8%，曾分別高見21.85元、32.1元及25.8元。
龍光地產(03380.HK)回升7.5%曾高見0.74元；中國金茂(00817.HK)續彈5.6%曾高見報1.93元。越秀地產(00123.HK)、萬科企業(02202.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、蝕讓北京酒店變現5.5億人民幣減債的富力(02777.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)升2%-4.5%，後者最強曾高見2.09元。
