《大行報告》花旗下調深圳國際(00152.HK)目標價至11元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告指,深圳國際(00152.HK)上半年業績受聯營公司深圳航空淨虧損27億元和匯兌損失拖累,純利下跌39%至5.82億元。公司管理層預計,在近期疫情下,中期業績已在最黑暗時刻見底,並將通過梅林檢查站和前海項目的股份或資產處置收益,以及REITS或私募股權基金支持未來表現。
花旗分別下調對深圳國際今明兩年盈利預測43.6%和10.5%,以反映疫情影響,並將目標價由13.7元降至11元。但考慮到於項目逐步恢復以及前海二期和三期項目即將交付,維持「買入」評級。
