穆迪:中國當局保障糧食安全戰略將刺激農業相關企業增長
穆迪表示,由於疫情限制措施和俄烏軍事衝突影響農產品供應並導致成本提高,而氣候變化對農產品的穩定性和產出構成長期風險,中國政府現時已提高對糧食安全的重視程度。
該行預期,在保障國家糧食安全上,中國農業相關企業有戰略重要性,預期當局將加強對該等企業的支持,實施國家糧食安全戰略將刺激其業務需求。
穆迪認為,雖然經濟增長放緩且成本上升,但隨著大宗商品價格上漲、以及政府對農民和農業生產者實行優惠政策和提供豐厚補貼對供應鏈的推動,預計今年中國農業企業的收入將有所增長。
