uSMART盈立智投9月1日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數齊跌，恆生指數跌0.8%，報19788.38點，成交額361.29億；國企指數跌0.55%，報6829.5點，成交額124.52億；紅籌指數跌0.31%，報3693.95點，成交額13.22億。
海運股普跌，東方海外國際跌7.5%、太平洋航運跌6%、海豐國際跌4.6%、中遠海控跌3%，消息面上，波羅的海乾散貨運價指數週三再度下跌5.1%，海岬型船運價指數跌10.4%，8月份波羅的海乾散貨運價指數跌近50%，爲2020年1月以來最大單月跌幅；
教育股走強，新東方在線漲幅擴大至10%，股價續創今年6月17日以來新高，天立國際控股漲8.97%、大山教育漲6.85%；
房地產及物業管理板塊拉昇，雅生活服務漲近7%，富力地產漲超5%，中國金茂漲超4%，世茂服務、旭輝永升服務、時代鄰裏漲近4%；
南南資源漲近10%，領漲港股煤炭板塊，中煤能源漲2.14%，中國神華漲1.82%，伊泰煤炭漲1.22%。
熱門股
阜豐集團一度拉昇漲約6%，現報4.47港元，總市值113.32億港元，公司8月30日公告，中期溢利增長242.8%至20.26億元人民幣，興業證券指出，公司營收增速穩健，盈利大幅增長。值得一提的是，公司完成收購一家位於中國東北的第三方公司，將其改造成內部的化工品工廠以降低生產成本；
歡喜傳媒一度漲約8%，現報0.97港元，總市值34億港元，數據顯示，2022上半年歡喜傳媒實現營收1457.3萬港元，淨利虧損9357.9萬港元，雖然業績短期承壓，但從公司儲量豐富的重量級影片來看，公司的業績有望隨着整體市場的修復和頭部影片的陸續上映儘快改善。
