《本地樓市》會地等啟德「MIAMI QUAY I」最快明日開價
會德豐地產常務董事黃光耀在記者會上表示,公司與恆地(00012.HK)、新世界(00017.HK)及帝國集團合作的啟德住宅項目「MIAMI QUAY I」將於短期內開價,最快明日(2日)公布首張價單最少約130伙,並料會於緊隨的周末開放示範單位,希望配合中秋假期開售。
他指,近排市場一手銷售相當好,8月成交逾2,000伙,可見需求龐大。而項目定價會參考臨海、同區及九龍東項目等,首批期望做到價量並重。
項目已上載樓書,由3座28層高住宅大樓組成,共提供648伙,兩房佔比超過一半,標準單位實用面積由250至716平方呎,另有1,335平方呎特色戶。
