《大行報告》瑞信下調太平(00966.HK)目標價至12元 評級「跑贏大市」
瑞信發表報告指,按人民幣計算,中國太平(00966.HK)上半年新業務價值按年下降11%,基本符合市場預期,並超過上市的同行。該行預計下半年新業務價值按年跌幅將收窄至6%,因為疫情管控措施影響可能較輕,而且基數低。
瑞信指,中國太平投資組合中,保險資金持有的地產相關資產,約佔投資總資產5.7%。總體風險可能可控。該行將2022至2024財年每股盈利預測分別下調21%/13%/14%,目標價由15元降至12元,維持評級「跑贏大市」。
