格隆匯8月31日丨萬科企業(2202.HK)漲4.83%,報15.18港元,總市值1766億港元。萬科企業30日發佈2022年中期業績,上半年收入2069.16億元,同比增長23.82%;歸屬股東淨利潤122.23億元,同比增長10.64%。期內地產開發、物業服務、物流倉儲、租賃住宅、商業開發收入增速分別為 23.9%、42.2%、39.1%、12.3%和10.4%。截至報吿期末,公司淨負債率為35.5%,持有貨幣資金1410.7億元,遠高於短期有息負債總和626.4億元。
