北京建設(00925.HK)公佈中期業績 由虧轉盈1.66億港元 將轉入輕重結合發展模式
格隆匯8月30日丨北京建設(00925.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年6月30日止六個月,公司收入約為港幣4.13億元,同比增加約37.10%;期間溢利1.66億港元,上年同期虧損7924萬港元;每股盈利0.29港仙。
2022年期間,冷鏈物流倉庫收入約為港幣4157萬元,同比增加約36.61%。收入增加主要源於天健項目平均出租率由2021年期間的44.89%上升至2022年期間的70.10%。
未來,集團將減少對重資產的依賴和投資速度,轉入輕重結合的發展模式,利用在物流地產、工業地產和冷鏈業務的成熟經驗,提高服務方面的業務比重,並持續收縮經營成本和財務費用支出,實現經營利潤和正現金流,持續為股東帶來收益。
