中國人保(01339.HK):房地產風險可控 金融保險需求將進一步釋放
中國人保(01339.HK)副總裁李祝用在業績發布會上表示,監管部門嚴格禁止保險資金投資商業住宅領域,目前集團保險資金持倉主要為商業不動產、經營穩健的國有龍頭房企的股票和債券,沒有涉及信用違約的品種,目前總體風險可控。
李祝用認為,房地產市場處在築底的階段,資產估值進一步向下調整空間有限,隨著長期機制不斷地完善,將迎來平穩健康發展。
中國人保副總裁肖建友表示,近年來人身險市場出現疲軟和下行,目前還處於行業發展轉型的陣痛期,但行業未來整體向好、增長空間廣闊的基本面沒有改變,市場需求的潛力仍然巨大,隨著經濟逐漸復甦,居民購買力和金融保險需求將進一步釋放,階段性的行業下行趨勢將會不斷修復,行業高質素發展的態勢也將會獲得更多支撐。
