《大行報告》摩通:旭輝(00884.HK)資產負債表惡化 現金水平半年減少33%
旭輝控股(00884.HK)午後有沽壓,最新報2.36元下挫8.2%。摩根大通發表報告表示,旭輝控股今年上半年核心淨利潤為18.2億人民幣,按年倒退45.6%,符合公司早前盈警指引,不派中期息亦不令人感到意外。
該行表示,雖然旭輝仍處於三條紅線下的「綠色」類別,但資產負債表惡化,未經調整的短期債務現金覆蓋率從 2021年底的2.6倍,降至1.6倍;半年間現金水平下降33%至310億元人民幣。
摩根大通維持對旭輝「中性」投資評級及目標價2.1元。
