南北水 | 北向資金淨賣出興業銀行11.19億元，北水淨買入騰訊4.47億港元，連續兩日淨賣出美團
8月29日，北向資金全天淨買入21.45億元，為連續第3日淨買入。其中，滬股通淨買入13.06億元，深股通淨買入8.39億元。
前十大成交股中，萬華化學、隆基綠能、瀘州老窖淨買入額位列前三，分別獲淨買入3.71億元、3.51億元、3.13億元。
興業銀行遭淨賣出額居首，金額為11.19億元。五糧液、洋河股份分別遭淨賣出4.33億元、4.19億元。
南下資金今日淨買入港股17.6億港元。其中港股通（滬）淨買入10.47億港元，港股通（深）淨買入7.13億港元。上一交易日淨賣出港股8.04億港元。
恆生中國企業、騰訊控股、中國電信分別獲淨買入10.39億港元、4.47億港元、0.78億港元；美團-W遭淨賣出4.8億港元。
南水關注個股
萬華化學最近一個月上漲4.90%，上榜滬股通6次，外資累計淨賣出7461.08萬；近兩個月下跌7.06%，上榜滬股通9次，外資累計淨買入3.94億；今年以來下跌10.86%，上榜滬股通18次，年內外資累計淨賣出1.42億。
8月28日，隆基綠能新增2家機構對其2022年度業績做出預測。6個月內累計共30家機構，預測2022年淨利潤均值為144.02億元，較去年同比增長58.51%。其中，16家機構“買入”，6家機構“推薦”，4家機構“增持”，2家機構“優於大市”，1家機構“買進”，1家機構“強烈推薦”。
8月26日，興業銀行發佈2022年半年報。報吿顯示，興業銀行總資產8.98萬億元，較年初增長4.44%；營業收入1158.53億元，同比增長6.33%；淨利潤448.87億元，同比增長11.90%；不良貸款率1.15%，繼續保持較低水平。
北水關注的個股
騰訊控股今日再度斥資3.52億港元回購。截至8月29日已連續7個交易日回購，累計耗資近25億港元。南向資金也買入了4億多港元。東方證券發佈研究報吿稱，海外遊戲業務有望提供增量，廣吿業務下半年或有所回暖，預計騰訊控股22/23/24年歸母淨利潤為955/1484/1788億元。
美團今日收漲2.64%，報186.7港元，收盤價創8月以來新高，但南向資金依然以賣出為主。北水今日淨賣出美團4.8億港元，26日淨賣出5.08億港元。摩根大通發表報吿指，由於第二季業績表現強勁，對美團-W(3690.HK)的基本面及財務前景逐漸變得更為積極，認為集團意料之外的盈利是由於新舉措虧損減少，及核心本地業務(包括外賣及到店/酒店)的盈利能力好於預期。 摩通上調美團股份目標價，由225港元升至260港元，評級維持“增持”，並調升集團今明兩年經調整盈利預測分別85%及51%。
思摩爾國際今日收跌7.75%，公司此前公佈中期業績，上半年營收56.5億元人民幣，同比減少18.7%；調整後利潤14.4億元人民幣，同比減少51.7%。
