《大行報告》花旗下調香格裏拉(00069.HK)目標價至7.2元 評級「買入」
花旗發表評級報告指,香格裏拉(亞洲)(00069.HK)上半年虧損擴大,主要因內地疫情爆發及封城,以致內地業務表現欠佳,同時非內地業務繼續全面復甦;由於錄得1.07億美元外匯損失,列賬虧損擴大至1.58億美元。
該行表示,由於疫情的不確定性持續,料公司復甦軌跡下半年將維持,因更多地點放寬其旅遊防疫限制,以及內地業務有望復甦;該行將公司今年盈利預測下調,並將其目標價由7.5元下調至7.2元,維持其評級爲「買入」,並視香港重開邊境爲下一個催化劑。
