《大行報告》花旗上調ESR(01821.HK)目標價至27元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告指,成功與ARA合併後,ESR(01821.HK)成為亞太區最大的房地產資產管理人,管理資產規模按年增長14%,至達1,490億美元。
該行表示,集團上半年業績優於預期,核心稅後利潤和少數股東權益(撇除投資公允值影響)為3.89億美元,按年上升133.3%,佔該行今年全年預測65%。好過預期的表現主要由於發展利潤提高,及有資產處置收益。
花旗上調ESR股份目標價,由26.5元升至27元,評級維持「買入」。
