建發國際(1908.HK)、建發物業(2156.HK)和建發合誠(603909.SH)3家建發繫上市公司人事調整
8月26日，建發國際集團(1908.HK)發佈執行董事、董事會主席及提名委員會主席變更的公吿。
公吿顯示，趙呈閩已獲委任為主席及提名委員會主席，田美坦也已獲委任為執行董事，自2022年8月25日起生效。
莊躍凱已因個人原因辭任本公司執行董事、董事會主席及董事會轄下提名委員會主席職務。
此前的8月23日晚間，福建省廈門市紀委監委網站發佈消息，廈門建發集團有限公司黨委委員、副總經理，建發房地產集團有限公司黨委書記、董事長莊躍凱涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受廈門市紀委監委紀律審查和監察調查。
趙呈閩
趙呈閩，53歲，於2015年2月10日獲委任為執行董事，併為上市規則第3.05條下建發國際集團的授權代表之一。2015年3月20日至2016年3月15日，曾任副行政總裁。其畢業於廈門大學，取得工商管理碩士學位，併為高級會計師，從事財務工作超逾30年，積累了豐富的財務管理經驗。
趙呈閩於1990年9月加入廈門建發集團有限公司及建發房地產集團有限公司工作多年。現任廈門建發集團有限公司董事、建發房地產集團有限公司董事、總經理兼黨委副書記、益能國際有限公司及益鴻國際有限公司董事等職務。

田美坦
接替莊躍凱執行董事的為44歲的田美坦。公吿顯示，田美坦於2012年加入建發房產工作，歷任建發房產上海事業部副總經理、蘇州事業部總經理、華東區域公司總經理、董事長等職務。現任建發地產華東集羣董事長。
田美坦於武漢大學獲得經濟學學士學位及於中歐國際工商學院獲得EMBA學位，為中級經濟師。
林偉國
8月25日，建發合誠(603909.SH)發佈公吿稱，公司董事會收到董事長莊躍凱的辭職報吿，莊躍凱因個人原因向董事會申請辭任公司董事長、董事及董事會戰略委員會主任委員的職務，辭職後不再擔任公司任何職務。選舉林偉國為公司第四屆董事會董事長，任期自本次董事會審議通過之日起至第四屆董事會屆滿，同時林偉國當選後接任莊躍凱原擔任的公司第四屆董事會戰略委員會主任委員的職務。
林偉國，1978年出生，本科學歷，高級經濟師、高級會計師。2007年加入建發房產工作，歷任建發房產財務總監、總經理助理、副總經理等職務。現任建發房產副總經理、建發國際集團執行董事兼行政總裁、建發物業非執行董事、建發合誠董事等職務。
許伊旋
同一日，建發物業(2156.HK)發佈公吿，莊躍凱已因個人理由辭任本公司非執行董事、董事會主席、董事會轄下提名委員會主席及董事會轄下薪酬委員會成員；公司非執行董事林偉國已獲委任為主席、提名委員會主席及薪酬委員會成員；許伊旋已獲委任為非執行董事，自8月25日起生效。
許伊旋，43歲，畢業於福州大學，獲文學學士學位，為工藝美術師。於2004年加入建發房產工作，歷任設計管理中心副總經理、工程管理中心總經理、廈門事業部總經理、東南區域公司總經理等職務。其現任建發房產東南集羣董事長。
