首創環境(03989.HK)中期淨利2.7億元 同比上升5.09%
格隆匯8月22日丨首創環境(03989.HK)公吿，上半年，經營業績方面，集團資產總額達到人民幣306.28億元，期內增長17.02%；淨資產總額達到人民幣78.29億元，期內增長1.46%；實現歸屬母公司淨利潤人民幣2.71億元，同比增長5.09%。母公司普通權益持有人應占每股盈利人民幣1.89分。
項目儲備方面，本集團在國內儲備了共64個項目，包括26個垃圾發電項目、5個垃圾填埋項目、6個有機垃圾處理項目、17個垃圾收集轉運項目、7個危廢綜合處理項目、1個廢棄電器拆解項目及2個生物質發電項目，總投資額達約人民幣182.50億元，其中已於2022年6月30日前投入人民幣156.03億元。總設計規模為年處理垃圾量約1,389.4萬噸及年拆解電器及電子設備量約為120萬件。上述項目已陸續進入建設和營運期，截至2022年6月30日，國內項目進入建設和營運期共有59個。
期內，集團運營、試運行項目達到51個。其中垃圾發電及生物質發電項目21個，垃圾填埋項目3個，垃圾收集轉運項目17個，拆解項目1個，有機垃圾處理項目6個，危廢綜合處理項目3個，集團按照科學的經營計劃部署，使得各項重點工作任務有序開展，上半年實現生活垃圾處理量397.98萬噸，危險廢棄物處理量2.55萬噸，拆解量30.67萬台，提供上網電量合共9.15億千瓦時。
輕資產拓展初見成效，重資產運營逐步夯實。輕資產方面，本集團積極佈局環衞保潔、道路綠化養護業務和場地修復業務。截至2022年6月30日，共儲備環衞項目10個，年化服務費人民幣1.93億元，其中上半年新增簽約項目3個，新增簽約年化服務金額人民幣6,533.34萬元；共儲備場地修復項目6個，簽約合同額人民幣2.03億元，其中上半年新增簽約項目1個，新增合同額人民幣9,500萬元。
重資產業務方面，集團深挖存量項目潛力，加強協同互動，組建了南昌、惠州、新鄉和都勻四個城市公司，充分發揮城市公司的錨點作用，積極開拓市場。期內，新增簽約垃圾量1,480噸╱日，同時，集團積極拓展供汽業務，增加收入來源。未來，集團將做實基礎，促進業務發展，加強投資團隊建設，強化資源整合能力，緊抓市場機遇，確保重點項目落地。
工程建設方面，集團持續以項目提質、深化降本增效為目標，全面實施全過程工程造價管理，持續提升建設管理能力的共有8個在建項目，其中吉首焚燒項目和南昌焚燒二期項目的整體完工率100%，完成72+24h試運行；唐河焚燒項目、駐馬店焚燒項目和南樂焚燒項目的整體完工率平均超過80%。
