《半日總結》恆指倒升39點 內房股漲 周大福及神華造好

人行公布8月五年期貸款市場報價利率降至4.3%，降幅高於市場預期，港股早市先跌後升。恆指低開200點後收復失地，盤中曾高見19,825點，半日升39點或0.2%，報19,812點；國指升32點或0.48%，報6,752點；恆生科技指數跌1點或0.03%，報4,190點。大市半日成交總額455.54億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入12.08億及7.99億元人民幣。
報道指內地5年期以上LPR降15個基點，100萬人幣房貸30年減3.18萬人幣，內房股受刺激，旭輝(00884.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各升8.3%及7.3%，碧桂園(02007.HK)升4.8%，富力(02777.HK)及金茂(00817.HK)各升3.8%及3.1%。內房物管股雅生活(03319.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)各升3.4%至4.2%。
恆指公司把神華(01088.HK)、周大福(01929.HK)、翰森製藥(03692.HK)及百度(09888.HK)納入恆指成分股。神華、周大福及翰森各升3.2%至3.7%，百度升2.6%。「落選」的快手(01024.HK)亦升1.3%。恆指公司亦把商湯(00020.HK)加入國指，並剔出太保(02601.HK)，商湯升4.2%，太保跌1.4%。
多間公司公布業績，小米(01810.HK)半年經調整淨利潤跌60%符預期，股價跌3.3%報11.28元。招行(03968.HK)半年純利升13.5%，半日股價跌0.4%。新奧能源(02688.HK)半年純利跌18%，股價挫10.9%報107.6元。
其他科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.1%報314.8元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)升0.1%報89.6元‧，美團(03690.HK)升2.8%報174.7元，京東(09618.HK)升1.8%報221.2元，網易(09999.HK)升3.2%報137.3元。平安好醫生(01833.HK)升6.3%，手機部件股瑞聲(02018.HK)跌6.5%。
體育用品股造好，特步(01368.HK)升5.8%，361度(01361.HK)、安踏(02020.HK)及李寧(02331.HK)各跌3.3%至4.2%。其他消費股方面，高鑫(06808.HK)、海底撈(06862.HK)及泡泡瑪特(09992.HK)各升3.9%至4.2%，百勝中國(09987.HK)及呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)各升2.7%至2.8%，貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)則跌3.9%，汽車股長汽(02333.HK)炒升11.5%。國美(00493.HK)擬發新股收購大股東兩項物業，股價挫17.6%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌1.4%報49.65元，渣打(02888.HK)跌2.4%，港交所(00388.HK)跌1.3%報330元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.3%。其他股份方面，中遠海能(01138.HK)升14%，中國建築國際(03311.HK)升7.4%。
