離譜期權交易引發荒誕狂歡 美國“股吧妖股”日內暴漲70%
財聯社8月17日訊（編輯 史正丞）當地時間週二，活躍在社交媒體上的美國散戶再度涌入市場，將知名“WSB概念股”3B家居抄上了天。截至發稿，公司漲幅維持在70%附近。
當然，散戶們的熱情也有由頭。根據公司當地時間週一晚間發佈的公告，3B家居股東、遊戲驛站董事長Ryan Cohen旗下投資公司RC Ventures分別買入了行權價爲60、75和80美元的看漲期權，明年1月到期，對應股票數量近167萬股。

簡單來說，Ryan Cohen的這筆期權交易想要賺錢，3B家居的股價需要在未來半年裏至少漲到60美元。作爲對比，公司週一的收盤價爲16美元。
從目前的效果來看，Cohen的這筆離譜交易成功吸引了股吧散戶的關注。根據數據公司Quiver Quantitative的統計，在Reddit的WSB論壇上，3B家居的股票代碼是週二熱度最高的話題。隨後便拉動股票量價齊升，截至收盤前兩個小時，3B家居今天成交的股票數量已經達到2.9億股，而公司的流通股總數只有7162萬股。
不論這些期權交易能否賺錢，Cohen已然是週二市場異動的大贏家。根據公司披露的文件，RC Ventures從今年三月開始持有945萬股3B家居的股票，對應11.82%股權。所以光是週二的股價異動，就令這筆投資的淨值拉高了近1億美元。

當然，對於3B家居來說，Cohen並不只是一個局外的投資人。在3月披露持股後，Cohen選派了3名董事進駐公司董事會。隨後在六月，3B家居突然宣佈時任首席執行官Mark Tritton離職，企業重組專家Sue Gove臨時接管公司。
Tritton的離職也引發了一系列他任內的改革舉措隨即被廢止。例如他推出的一系列自營品牌已經開始停止銷售，這也是他改革計劃的核心。媒體對於這項商業舉措的評論也不高，直言Tritton在一系列賣得不好的產品上砸了很多錢，同時令消費者在商場中找不到自己想要的東西。
