網達軟件(603189.SH):擬使用不超4億元閒置募集資金進行現金管理
格隆匯8月17日丨網達軟件(603189.SH)公佈,公司第四屆董事會第四次會議於2022年8月17日審議通過了《關於使用部分閒置募集資金進行現金管理的議案》,決議同意公司擬使用合計不超過人民幣4億元閒置募集資金進行現金管理,投資的產品包括但不限於商業銀行等金融機構發行的安全性高、流動性好、有保本約定、一年以內的短期保本型理財產品,單個理財產品的投資期限不超過十二個月(含),在授權額度內滾動使用,投資決議自股東大會審議通過之日起一年內有效。
