易德龍(603380.SH):擬對香港子公司易路寶公司增資2000萬美元
格隆匯8月16日丨易德龍(603380.SH)公佈,根據公司發展戰略和業務發展需要,為了進一步拓展海外市場、優化採購及物流模式,提升北美及歐洲客户在綜合成本、靈活交付等方面的滿意度,易德龍擬使用自有資金對下屬全資香港子公司易路寶公司增資2000萬美元,此次增資完成後,易路寶公司的註冊資本由450萬美元增加至2450萬美元。此次增資的主要原因為滿足新增訂單的產能需求,需增加資金投入。增資款項將依據國家外匯管理局等相關部門要求及項目的實際進度,分期投入。
