春城熱力(01853.HK)盈警:預計中期淨利潤減少50%
格隆匯8月15日丨春城熱力(01853.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年6月30日止六個月,預期2022年中期的淨利潤約為人民幣6300萬元,相較2021年同期的淨利潤減少約50%。
該預期下降主要歸因(包括但不限於)下列因素:(i)新冠疫情於2022年3月初至5月初在長春市突發,在新冠疫情防控期間,政府要求供熱時間延長7天,公司向用户提供的供熱量相應增加,導致2022年上半年供熱成本大幅增加;(ii)受煤炭價格持續上漲因素影響,部分熱電廠降低了熱量輸送的產量,集團子公司吉林省西興能源有限公司於2022年中期使用燃煤鍋爐供熱天數較去年同期增加,導致供熱成本增加;及(iii)集團子公司吉林省長熱維修實業有限公司及長春市潤鋒建築安裝工程有限責任公司因合同資產賬齡增加,導致計提的合同資產減值損失增加。
