《即日市評》內地數據弱 港股造淡 東方海外挫逾14%

內地7月經濟數據欠佳，港股今日回落。美國7月通脹自疫情以來首次按月回落，市場憧憬聯儲局或放慢加息步伐，美股道指及納指上周五各升近1.3%及2.1%；執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率跌至2.829厘，美匯指數回升至106.07，美股道指期貨最新跌113點或0.33%，納指期貨最新跌53點或0.39%。內地7月新增人民幣貸款6,790億人民幣，國統局今早公布7月工業生產按年升3.8%(市場預期升4.3%)、7月零售銷售按年升2.7%(市場預期升4.9%)，人行下調MLF及逆回購利率10點子，人民幣即期收跌283點報6.7632兌一美元，上證綜指今日跌0.8點或0.02%收3,276點，深證成指升0.33%，內地創業板指數升1%，滬深兩市成交額共9,763億人民幣。
恆指低開137點後反覆，初段一度倒升85點，高見20,260點，其後迅速回落至19,984點，最多跌191點。最終全日跌134點或0.67%，收20,040點；國指跌43點或0.63%，收6,814點；恆生科技指數跌41點或0.96%，收4,308點。大市全日成交總額降至737.94億元。滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入7.07億及5.56億元人民幣。
【經濟數據弱 航運股受壓】
中資金融股造淡，招行(03968.HK)股價下滑2.2%，中國平安(02318.HK)股價走低1.6%。高盛發表報告指，內地7月份經濟數據廣泛地遜於預期，令市場意外下行，反映在零星疫情、部分高耗能行業減產以及樓市風險等不利影響下，雖然政策支持力度加大，但中國內需仍然疲軟。
航運股捱沽，東方海外(00316.HK)股價挫14.7%收226元，中遠海控(01919.HK)股價走低近4.1%。富瑞發表報告指，上海出口集裝箱運價指數(SCFI)每週下降速度加快，這可能導致固定合同價格需重新下調，該行估計跨太平洋即期運價將低於最初簽訂的合同價格。
【跌股一千隻 中芯股價跌】
港股今日市寬轉弱，主板股票升跌比率14為24(上日為22比16)，下跌股份1,049隻(跌幅2.5%)；恆指成份股今日16隻股份上升，下跌股份50隻，升跌比率為23比72(上日為58比39)。大市今日錄沽空130.53億元，佔可沽空股份成交額583.95億元的22.352%(上日為19.901%)。
中芯(00981.HK)股價下滑6.1%。匯豐環球研究引述中芯管理層預期，仍有望透過汽車、工業和綠色能源的強勢抵銷消費者需求疲弱。與其他二線代工廠類似，管理層承認智能手機和消費電子等領域的終端需求弱過預期，預料晶片行業調整會持續至明年上半年。
海底撈(06862.HK)全日股價彈高近8%收17.3元。瑞銀發表報告表示，若撇除一次性虧損項目後，海底撈上半庠經調整淨利潤3,000萬人民幣，大致符合預期。該行認為，海底撈最值得注意的是其近期經營動態，指公司自6月以來在中國內地及其他地區的經營業績逐月改善，現金水平保持健康，並指海底撈積極控制租金、其他營運成本及管理信貸額度，維持對海底撈「中性」投資評級及目標價15.2元。
