內房物管股重現沽壓 碧桂園系、金科服務、旭輝、時代中國跌逾4%-5%

恆指現報20,037，反覆回吐138點或近0.7%，總成交額665億元。
剛出爐帶動中國經濟增長的「三頭馬車」7月數據同比增速均放緩兼遜預期，其中首七月固定資產投資年升意外放緩至5.7%(首6個月年升6.1%)，遜於市場預期年升6.2%。此外，內地7月新增貸款僅6,790億人民幣遠低預期。然而，人行下調中期借貸便利(MLF)及7天期逆回購操作中標利率10點子。
內房及物管股重現沽壓，且跌幅普遍超大市。藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)結束兩連彈，今天股價反覆跌4.5%報2.32元；旗下碧桂園服務(06098.HK)也反覆回落4.9%報13.84元。
藍籌中國海外(00688.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、中海宏洋(00081.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、中國金茂(00817.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)跌近2%-5.5%，後兩者沽壓最大報1.86元及1.23元，均跌逾5%。然而，藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)繼上週五曾低見19.98元再創近4年低喘定後，今天反覆回升0.7%報22.2元。
雅生活服務(03319.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)及金科智慧服務(09666.HK)跌近2%-5.5%，後者沽壓最大報10.36元，跌5.3%。
