MOG HOLDINGS(01942.HK)被指違反銷售合約 遭索賠最少2,000萬人幣
MOG HOLDINGS(01942.HK)公布,於上星期五(12日),集團已接獲一名客戶通知,要求就集團違反銷售合約賠償不少於2,000萬元人民幣。
根據銷售合約,集團有責任於2022年7月15日或之前交付若干硬件產品至珠海市內客戶指定地點。然而,由於珠海政府於2022年7月實施封鎖措施以減輕疫情影響及傳播,有關交付時間表受到不利影響,而集團未能根據銷售合約條款交付該等硬件產品。
由於上述情況,集團預計將確認虧損不少於2,000萬元人民幣,可能對集團截至2022年9月30日止六個月的財務業績構成不利影響。
