uSMART盈立智投8月12日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數漲跌互現，恆生指數跌0.06%，報20070.94點，成交額280.9億；國企指數跌0.02%，報6822.18點，成交額90.13億；紅籌指數漲0.05%，報3584.83點，成交額20.01億。
回港中概股普漲，貝殼漲超4%，寶尊電商漲超3%，理想汽車漲2.3%，嗶哩嗶哩漲近2%；
房地產及物業管理板塊下挫，佳兆業美好、越秀服務集團跌超6%，龍湖集團跌超5%，中國海外宏洋集團跌近3%，旭輝永升服務跌近3%；
蘋果概念股普跌，高偉電子跌超2%，丘鈦科技、瑞聲科技和通達集團跌超1%；
教育股走低，新東方在線跌近5%，思考樂教育跌近4%，新東方跌超3%，大山教育跌超2%；
電力股走高，華能國際電力股份、華電國際電力股份漲超5%，中國電力漲近5%，大唐發電、大唐新能源漲近3%。
熱門股
諾亞控股漲超10%，現報288港元，總市值92.6億港元，諾亞控股10日發佈公告，公司董事會批準根據香港聯合交易所有限公司指引信HKEX-GL112-22尋求於香港聯交所主板自願轉換爲雙重主要上市的動議，於主要轉換完成後，如公司日期爲2022年6月30日的招股章程“關於本文件及全球發售的資料”一節所披露，公司的普通股及美國存託股將繼續分別於香港聯交所及紐約證券交易所買賣，且仍可互換；
李寧漲超3%，現報69.1港元，總市值1808.95億港元，公司今早公佈業績顯示，上半年營業額124.09億元人民幣，同比升21.7%；純利21.89億元，同比升11.6%；每股盈利83.77分；不派息，上半年淨利率由去年同期的19.2%下降至17.6%；毛利率跌5.9個百分點至50%，大摩日前發報告，予李寧“增持”評級，維持2022年全年銷售增長16%及純利增15%預測不變，認爲在股價弱勢時可留意買入機會，目標價89港元。
