越秀服務(06626.HK)中期純利增長18.6%至2.11億元 將通過“內生+外拓+收併購”方式快速實現規模擴張
格隆匯8月11日丨越秀服務(06626.HK)公佈,截至2022年6月30日止六個月,公司總收入為人民幣10.9億元,同比增長13.8%,其中自非商業物業管理及增值服務所得收入為人民幣8.1億元,同比增長19.5%。公司擁有人應占盈利為人民幣2.11億元,同比增長18.6%。
截至2022年6月30日,集團在管項目286個,總在管面積43.5百萬平方米(2021年6月30日:35.0百萬平方米),同比增長24.3%;合約項目344個,總合約面積62.6百萬平方米(2021年6月30日:52.7百萬平方米),同比增長18.8%。
截至2022年6月30日,集團合約項目覆蓋中國33個城市及中國香港。截至2022年6月30日,集團236個在管非商業項目的在管面積為39.8百萬平方米,較截至2021年6月30日的32.1百萬平方米增長約24.0%。於本期間,住宅物業平均管理費保持穩定,每月每平方米人民幣2.7元。
截至2022年6月30日,集團50個在管商業項目的在管面積為3.8百萬平方米,較截至2021年6月30日的3.0百萬平方米增長26.7%。
公司表示,2022年是越秀服務成立三十週年。回顧過去三十載,集團一直堅守服務初心,堅持長期主義,不斷提升服務品質,推動集團邁向有質量的高速發展之路。2022年下半年,集團將繼續夯實優質物業管理服務的基礎,在服務品質、規模拓展和社區增值三個方面重點發力。
在上半年取得的外拓成果的基礎上,集團將會乘勝追擊,全力推進精準投拓,進一步提升管理規模。同時,集團將着力完善“住宅+商業+大交通+城市服務”四大業態的佈局,通過“內生+外拓+收併購”方式快速實現高質量的規模擴張,提高管理效益,降低管理成本。
