中國貿促會反對美國晶片法案 必要時採取措施維護自身合法權益
美國《芯片與科學法案》旨在增強美國在芯片領域的優勢,同包括中國在內的其「關注的任何國家」在該領域展開不公平競爭,將加劇半導體產業的全球地緣政治競爭,阻礙全球經濟復甦和創新增長。中國貿促會及中國國際商會對此表示堅決反對,並呼籲全球工商界攜手應對,消除該法案對工商界的不利影響,必要時採取有力措施維護自身合法權益。
中國貿促會及中國國際商會提倡並積極推動良性、公平和公正的國際競爭,反對美國借國家力量阻撓全球工商界正常交流與合作,在歧視別國的基礎上展開不公平競爭。該法案的生效和實施,將影響全球芯片產業鏈供應鏈的優化配置和安全穩定,嚴重擾亂各國企業在遵循基本市場規律下正常的經貿與投資活動,與全球工商界希望加強交流合作的普遍願望背道而馳。
