《全日總結》恆指跌42點 地產股升幅收窄 聯通造好

市場觀望美國通脹數據，港股反覆偏軟。恆指低開6點，早段曾跌189點一度低見19,856點，其後在地產股帶動下曾倒升205點一度高見20,250點，葉劉淑儀澄清撤內地買家在港置業DSD屬新民黨意見，大市尾市再度回軟，全日跌42點或0.21%，收20,003點；國指跌26點或0.39%，收6,794點；恆生科技指數跌40點或0.93%，收4,295點。大市全日成交總額821.84億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入4.34億及1.57億元人民幣。
科技股普遍偏軟，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)轉換於聯交所主要上市獲確認，年底前生效，股價升0.9%報89.6元。騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.5%報298元，小米(01810.HK)跌0.2%報11.76元，美團(03690.HK)跌2%報176元，京東(09618.HK)跌3.7%報228.6元，快手(01024.HK)、百度(09888.HK)及網易(09999.HK)各跌0.6%至1%。汽車之家(02518.HK)、攜程(09961.HK)及金融壹賬通(06638.HK)各跌4.1%至4.7%，貝殼找房(02423.HK)跌6.5%。
手機相關股比亞迪電子(00285.HK)及丘鈦(01478.HK)各跌2.2%及3.4%，晶片股華虹半導體(01347.HK)回吐2.4%。電訊股造好，聯通(00762.HK)半年純利升19.5%，全日股價升4%報3.9元。中電信(00728.HK)升2.6%。
行政會議召集人葉劉淑儀表示考慮取消內地居民雙重印花稅，財政司司長辦公室否認政府曾對此進行討論，本地地產股波動，新世界(00017.HK)股價曾升6.7%，全日上揚2.5%。新地(00016.HK)及長實集團(01113.HK)各升2.1%及2%，收租股九倉置業(01997.HK)跌2.2%。本地銀行股匯控(00005.HK)及恆生(00011.HK)各升0.6%及0.5%。
消費及內需股方面，JS環球生活(01691.HK)、九毛九(09922.HK)、新秀麗(01910.HK)、頤海(01579.HK)及青鳥啤酒(00168.HK)各升2.1%至2.9%，汽車股長汽(02333.HK)及理想(02015.HK)則各跌2.8%及3.9%。醫藥股信達生物(01801.HK)及威高(01066.HK)各跌3.7%及3.1%。
煤炭及可再生能源股隨A股上升，神華(01088.HK)及兗礦能源(01171.HK)各升3.4%及2.7%，中煤(01898.HK)、福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)及新特能源(01799.HK)各升5.5%至5.9%。航運股方面，東方海外(00316.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)各跌6%及3%。
其他藍籌方面，港交所(00388.HK)跌1.1%報352.4元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.2%報77.15元，創科(00669.HK)跌3.1%。
