《半日總結》恆指升182點 地產股領漲 新世界搶高逾6%

行政會議召集人葉劉淑儀表示考慮取消內地居民雙重印花稅，港股在本地地產股帶動下上升。恆指低開6點，早段曾跌189點見19,856點，其後曾倒升205點見20,250點，半日升182點或0.91%，報20,228點；國指升64點或0.95%，報6,886點；恆生科技指數升23或0.55%，報4,359點。大市半日成交總額500.39億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入5.07億及4.71億元人民幣。
本地地產股顯著上升，新世界(00017.HK)升6.1%，恆地(00012.HK)、新地(00016.HK)及長實集團(01113.HK)各升3.2%至3.9%，恆隆(00101.HK)亦升1.9%。本地銀行股匯控(00005.HK)及恆生(00011.HK)各升0.4%及0.8%，中銀香港(02388.HK)升1.1%。
電訊股造好，聯通(00762.HK)半年純利升19.5%，股價升3.7%報3.89元。中電信(00728.HK)及中移動(00941.HK)各升2.6%及1.5%。
科技股方面，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)轉換於聯交所主要上市獲確認，年底前生效，股價升2.4%報90.95元。騰訊(00700.HK)升1.4%報303.6元，小米(01810.HK)升0.7%報11.86元，美團(03690.HK)跌0.2%報179.3元，京東(09618.HK)跌1.8%報233.2元，快手(01024.HK)升1.2%報78.2元。
嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)、微博(09898.HK)及明源雲(00909.HK)各升2.1%至3%，新東方在線(01797.HK)升4.5%，汽車之家(02518.HK)、貝殼找房(02423.HK)及金融壹賬通(06638.HK)則各跌4.7%、6.2%及7.2%。晶片股華虹半導體(01347.HK)回吐3.3%。
消費及內需股上升，藍月亮(06993.HK)、JS環球生活(01691.HK)及安踏(02020.HK)各升1.9%至2.4%，李寧(02331.HK)及泡泡瑪特(09992.HK)各升逾3%。汽車股小鵬(09868.HK)及蔚來(09866.HK)各升逾2%。醫藥股中生製藥(01177.HK)及石四藥(02005.HK)各升2.5%及2%。內房物管股雅生活(03319.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)各炒高5.3%及6.9%。
煤炭及可再生能源股隨A股上升，神華(01088.HK)及兗礦能源(01171.HK)各升3.9%及3.5%，中煤(01898.HK)、福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)及新特能源(01799.HK)各升5.8%至7.3%，信義光能(00968.HK)亦升2.7%。
其他藍籌方面，港交所(00388.HK)跌0.1%報355.8元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.4%報78.05元，長和(00001.HK)及中信(00267.HK)各升1.8%及1.7%，創科(00669.HK)跌2.4%。
