美國保險企業美國國際集團(AIG.US)公布第二季業績。季度純利30.28億美元,去年同期為9,100萬美元。每股季度攤薄純利3.78美元,經調整後為1.19美元,高於市場預期的1.1美元。經調整稅前溢利13.59億美元,按年跌20%。
季內淨保費收益68.66億美元,按年持平。承保收入按年升73%至7.99億美元。淨投資收益26.04億美元,按年跌29%。
公司表示,分拆壽險及退休部門分支上市的計劃因市況波動受阻,該部門原定第二季上市。公司指出,完成該部門上市為公司優先任務,並已預備執行,但未披露新上市時間。公司2020年公布有關分拆,去年向黑石(BX.US)出售該分支9.9%股權,作價22億美元。
