通用環球醫療(02666.HK)終止西安交通大學第一附屬醫院合作
通用環球醫療(02666.HK)宣布,於8月5日與西安交通大學第一附屬醫院簽訂終止合作,解除並免除各自在合作協議項下的義務和責任,解散管理營運公司,公司不再推進項目建設,並應退出該項目,由西安港置業及其控股公司西安國際港務區管委會向項目公司支付398.35萬元人民幣,成為項目新參與方。
公司表示,自合作協議簽訂以來,國家和地方醫療相關政策發生重大變化,協議各方無法按照原有政策條件履行合作協議,各方認為此等情況與簽訂合作協議的目的存在重大偏差,因此董事會認為公司將不再從合作協議中受益。
