長和(00001.HK)上半年按IFRS16後基準計算純利約190.88億元 中期息0.84港元
格隆匯8月4日丨長和(00001.HK)公佈，截至2022年6月30日止六個月，按IFRS16前基準，以呈報貨幣計算的EBITDA及EBIT均較去年上半年增長5%。撇除主要外幣貶值帶來的不利兑換影響，以當地貨幣計算，EBITDA及EBIT均較去年同期增長9%，主要由於港口部門及Cenovus Energy的表現較佳，以及於2022年1月完成合並後集團印尼電訊合資企業的貢獻上升。良好表現因策略交易所帶來的一次性收益較少、零售部門因內地封城及電訊部門主要因意大利表現遜色以及所有電訊業務的整體折舊增加(反映建設5G基建設施進行網絡提升的資金成本)令貢獻減少而部分抵銷。
集團2022年上半年的業績包括完成合並印尼電訊業務帶來的股東應占收益淨額港幣51億元，惟因集團斯里蘭卡電訊業務的非現金減值而部分抵銷。於去年同期，集團確認一次性盈利淨額得益港幣63億元，當中包括出售意大利及瑞典發射塔資產的出售收益，但集團意大利電訊業務作出非現金商譽減值及與Cenovus Energy合併所確認的非現金外匯儲備虧損而部分抵銷。
待取得現時屆最後階段的監管機構批准後，預期以總額約37億歐羅代價出售集團於英國發射塔資產的權益予Cellnex將於2022年8月完成。所得出售收益將於2022年下半年確認。
按IFRS16後基準，2022年上半年的普通股股東應占溢利為190.88億元，較去年同期增加4%。按IFRS16前基準，普通股股東應占溢利為177.4億港元，以呈報貨幣計算較2021年上半年減少4%，惟以當地貨幣計算則維持相若。截至2022年6月30日止六個月的每股呈報盈利為港幣4.98元，較去年同期的港幣4.75元增加5%。
董事會宣佈於2022年9月16日(星期五)向於2022年9月6日(星期二)(確定股東享有中期股息的記錄日期)營業時間結束時名列公司股東名冊的股東派發中期股息每股港幣8角4仙)。
