《大行報告》瑞銀:美高梅中國(02282.HK)次季業績優於預期 評級「買入」
瑞銀發表報告指,美高梅中國(02282.HK)今年第二季澳門物業EBITDA虧損4,900萬美元;按幸運因素調整基礎,EBITDA料為負5,100萬美元,表現好於該行及市場預期的分別負6,200萬及負6,900萬美元。至於次季賭收按季下跌48%,符合該行預期,主要由於季內內地封城措施,及澳門自6月中本土疫情反彈影響。
瑞銀維持對美高梅中國股份「買入」評級,目標價6.7元。
