南海控股(00680.HK)與深圳招商房地產就半島城邦項目第五期簽合作協議
南海控股(00680.HK)公布,附屬「半島城邦」與招商局蛇口工業區控股附屬「深圳招商房地產」就集團位於深圳市南山區蛇口之房地產開發項目「半島城邦」項目第五期簽署戰略合作協議。
根據協議,雙方將有意願就包括但不限於以有限合夥承債、入股操盤、模擬清算退出、代建交付等方式進行合作,深圳招商房地產將在簽訂該協議後,協助半島城邦處理目前影響集團開發物業項目的若干問題,協調與相關機構深入溝通,同時深圳招商房地產將對物業項目同步啟動盡職調查。
