野村發表評級報告指,由於疫情,潤地(01109.HK)租戶租金回扣將介乎在22億至25億元人民幣之間,的租金回扣幅度佔總數的17%,超出該行的預期。該行預料公司的商場業務呈強勁的恢復,單在6月商場總商品交易額(GMV)按年升26%至99億元人民幣。 該行表示,隨著越來越多商場,尤其是奢侈品購物中心,於下半年開業及產生收入,料公司租務生意會進一步改善;而對比其他同行上半年盈利或呈按年跌幅,該行預料公司上半年盈利或呈低單位數增長,主要受惠於其開發部門錄得穩健的預訂收入增長。 該行將公司今年、明年及2024年收入預測下調3%、10%及19%,盈利預測則下調12%、17%及24%,並將其目標價由53.4元下調至49.6元,重申其評級為「買入」,仍然是唯一的首選股。(ca/u) ~
