恆生(00011.HK)手機入票服務將提高入票存款及數量上限
恆生銀行(00011.HK)表示,今年3月推出全港首創的手機入票服務,廣受客戶歡迎,因此將進一步提升服務,將全面提高個人客戶手機入票服務存款上限,每張支票存款上限已由2萬元提高至10萬元,每日可存入港幣上限由2萬元提高至10萬元,而每日可存入支票數量上限亦由5張增加至20張。
恆生亦將優化個人及商業Mobile App內「手機入票服務」的介面,以縮減擷取支票影像的時間。恆生銀行數碼銀行主管賴芳玲表示,未來將繼續拓展和優化數碼銀行服務,進一步將銀行服務融入客戶生活圈,提升客戶體驗至更卓越的水平。
