華音(00989.HK)控股股東出售逾45%股權 聯席主席隋廣義持股增至逾28%
華音國際(00989.HK)公布,控股股東家譯於上周五(7月29日)分別就擬出售公司已發行股份中每股0.05元的股份之若干協議,合共出售33億股,佔公司目前已發行股本約45.81%;其中10億股股份將出售給天豐,其餘23億股股份將出售給予其他八位買方。
天豐由公司聯席主席及非執行董事隋廣義持股90%,行政總裁及執行董事李俊傑持股5%。至於家譯由Deep Wealth Holding Limited全資擁有,而Deep Wealth Holding Limited由TMF(Cayman)Ltd.作為Ground Trust的受託人持有,該信託由董事會聯席主席和公司執行董事崔薪瞳設立。
完成交易後,隋廣義將直接或間接持有20.5億股公司股份,約佔公司已發行股本約28.46%。家譯於公司持股量由50.87%降至5.06%。
