大連重工(002204.SZ):擬對鹽城公司增資3.5億元並投建射陽基地風電塔筒智能製造項目
格隆匯7月29日丨大連重工(002204.SZ)公佈,根據公司“十四五”發展戰略,為加速產能建設,深入推進產業結構、業務結構調整,推動公司從新能源領域核心零部件生產製造向全產業鏈延伸,公司擬以自有資金對下屬全資子公司大連華鋭重工(鹽城)裝備製造有限公司(簡稱“鹽城公司”)增資3.5億元,並以其為主體投資建設射陽基地風電塔筒智能製造項目,該項目建設投資概算3.395億元。此次增資完成後,鹽城公司註冊資本由3.05億元變更為6.55億元。
