渣打(02888.HK)中午收市後公布上半年業績。半年法定除稅前溢利按年升8%至27.72億美元,高於本網綜合4間券商預測上限的24.99億美元,按固定匯率變動計算增加10%。法定母公司股東應佔溢利按年升9%至18.73億美元,法定每股盈利62.1美仙,基本每股盈利63.4美仙,派發中期息每股4美仙。
該行半年法定普通股股東有形權益回報9.9%,按年增加1.2個百分點。集團宣布將進行新一輪5億美元股份回購,有信心可達成2月定下的財務目標。
渣打股價在倫敦早市上升,高見591.6便士升4.4%,折合56.52港元。最新報580.2便士升2.4%,折合55.43港元,較本港收市56.05港元低1.1%。
