個股點評
碧桂園服務(06098)今日暴跌逾20%，北水資金逢低搶籌，全天淨買入額4.53億港元。消息面上，中信證券此前表示，物業管理具備廣闊成長空間，頭部公司市佔率並不高。即便面對關聯方信用風險，物管公司只要保持企業獨立，則本身不存在龐大的負債問題。但物管公司仍然需要在戰略、業務和人事考覈等方面充分證明自身的獨立性。
騰訊(00700)再獲淨買入2.48億港元。消息面上，7月18日，視頻號上線了原生信息流廣告功能；7月21日，微信上線了視頻號小店。上述動作標誌着騰訊控股的微信視頻號加快商業化變現進程。中信證券此前預計，騰訊或將於2022年底開啓微信視頻號信息流廣告，騰訊的動作顯然快於預期；且中信證券預測開啓信息流廣告後，2023年微信視頻號廣告業務營收或將達370億元。
新東方在線(01797)獲淨買入1.95億港元。消息面上，據蟬媽媽、海通證券等數據顯示，截至7月22日，東方甄選抖音號自2021年12月開播以來，累計銷售額達11.8億元。7月18日後連續四天維持在2000萬元上下，較上週環比增長3.6%。天風證券則表示，當前，賬號公司化、主播去頭化、供應鏈及運營標準化或是未來直播電商主要趨勢，認爲東方甄選等機構具備較好的成長前景。
理想汽車-W(02015)獲淨買入2964萬港元。消息面上，理想L9交付前再出試駕事故，被曝“斷軸”、主動剎車失效等問題。理想汽車官方微博轉發員工微博對理想L9試駕車被曝發生斷軸作出迴應，並且公佈理想L9寧波試駕車事故行車記錄儀視頻：雨天夜間以86km/h的速度撞擊金屬護欄，撞擊損壞了超過30米的護欄，事故無人員受傷，空氣彈簧完好無損。
中國移動(00941)遭淨賣出2.95億港元。消息面上，瑞信發表報告指，由於資金流動和缺乏催化劑，第二季中資電訊股股價表現未如理想，但對下半年的前景仍持樂觀態度，預計總收入和淨利潤按年分別增長7%和11%。瑞信表示，第二季電訊公司的增長速度溫和放緩，預計行業服務收入同比增長6.9%，經調整純利預計同比增長7.5%。
此外，中海油(00883)遭淨賣出3066萬港元。
